Holding Correspondence, Held Right
Emails reach the company the plain way, and this notice says exactly what happens to the words you put in them.
The desk that receives you
Gulzar Investments Ltd, Companies House No. 17431570, 27 Greendale Road, Liverpool L25 4RP, is the controller. Every question about this page is answered at the house line +44 7345 938214 or the address below it, [email protected], by the same officer.
Why the company processes what you send
Because you asked it to reply. The lawful footing is Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR while an enquiry may become a matter, and Article 6(1)(f) for the correspondence a private company extends in ordinary course.
The route the message takes
The button does not transmit to a web server. It composes the message in your own mail program, and it travels thereafter like any other email. Our domain archives nothing for visitors and a reply comes to your own address.
What a message ordinarily holds
Sender name, contact details and the body you wrote. Where the enquiry concerns a particular holding, an address or property details may follow — but only if you choose to put them there.
Who the words stay with
The director and, at supplier level, the email platform that carries the messages. No third party is given them otherwise, no list is kept for promotion and nothing is sold on, ever.
How long correspondence lives
Until the matter settles, and the file is cleared at the next correspondence review. Books that carry an obligation of retention live the statutory five years and expire with that obligation.
Typical subjects of mail
Questions about a particular property tenancy, an approach on a shareholding, or a plain check on what the company is — all answered from the register.
Your standing rights
Access, correction, deletion where retention law permits, restriction, and objection to the legitimate-interest basis may be claimed by one written line to the desk above; a full answer is given inside a calendar month.
If the desk's answer disappoints
Raise it once more in writing with the company. Beyond that, the supervisory body is the Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow SK9 5AF, holding the register of complaints for the United Kingdom.
