The contracting sides

Whatever the counterparty, the company on this side is Gulzar Investments Ltd, Companies House No. 17431570, with its office at 27 Greendale Road, Liverpool L25 4RP.

How papers come alive

Written quotations hold their shape for thirty days. A contract stands signed once acceptance reaches the office in writing, or instruction is given in a form equally traceable.

Changing the papers midway

Nothing is added without a written variation acknowledged by both sides. A spoken request does not open work.

What payment follows

Pounds sterling, with invoices settled inside fourteen days. Statutory interest and recovery charges apply in arrears under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

Stepping back from an appointment

Free cancellation of a booked appointment stands with two working days' notice; inside that window a charge for the reserved slot may attach.

What a breach may cost

Liability stops at the fees paid for the matter concerned. Consequential or indirect loss lies outside the cap where the law permits. Personal injury from negligence stays fully as the law requires.

The confidentiality rule

Papers, valuations understandings and correspondence about holdings stay private during and after the matter, for as long as they hold any weight.

Where disputes run

English and Welsh law governs, and the ordinary courts take jurisdiction. The first step of any dispute is a written note to the office that raised it.
